Didnt say that you arent allowed to like them. Just educating on what your body does. Just like talking about Paleo. Not forcing anyone to do it, just educating you on how your body reacts to different foods.
And its not talking about all metcons. Its talking about the 30 minute chippers and such, and doing them excessively.
i like the ones that get it done in 15. Thats sexy. Who needs prolonged sweatiness and muscle exertion! :)
Oh and I busted the hell outta my chin this morning doing split jerks. It hurt like hell. And almost busted the infamous mirrors dropping the weight. Whooosh! Thank goodness I didnt. The guys wouldnt be able to stare at themselves if I did!
