For time:

25, 20, 15, 10, 5

GHD Sit-ups

Burpee to vertical leap*

*set up under target placed 12” above reach

(And if you want to get nutty, do a pull-up after each burpee)

Deadlift 1x5x340 (hell yea....)
messed up my watch doing this burpee death march so I can post a time but it was slower than Reagan. First set was fast, then droppped off significantly from there.
