Payments and Billing:
Athletes may participate in gym sessions only with an updated and paid account. Any participant(s) accepting gym services with default account will be charged a $10/day drop-in fee. Any participant(s) accepting gym services without payment is considered theft and will be subject to legal action.
Non-sufficient funds (NSF) or returned checks will be charged a fee of $25 per transaction.
All Accounts will be charged for an entire month.
Discounts offered to Full Time Law Enforcement, Full Time Military, Full Time Students, and Full Time Hospital employees for Monthly Unlimited and CF 3 Memberships only. Proof of status required for discount.
Auto-payment:
The auto-payment process requires that you provide an active credit/debit card for use in our online subscription enrollment. You are responsible for making sure that the credit card on file is active, not expired, and that you have charging rights on the account. No refunds will be granted should you not cancel thirty (30) days before the next scheduled charge. We will apply credit for the following month.
Account Freeze:
The athlete will control subscription online via Paypal. Account Freeze or membership cancellation of subscription is at the discretion of account holder. Athletes may not participate in gym activities without an updated and paid account.
