II. Where and When
A. Amarillo Shooting Complex-16700 Bezner Rd by the City Landfill, West of Amarillo, Arnot Rd exit
B. Spring 2010 from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM – BE 15 MINUTES EARLY
III. What to bring
A. Completed CHL application (from DPS 1-800-224-5744 or from Grassy Knoll instructors or online at www.txdps.state.tx.us)
B. Passport photos (2) – signed by applicant and fingerprinted (do this before you have fingerprints done) (have photos signed by the person taking fingerprints)
C. Fingerprints – 2 sets
D. Handgun (Revolver or Semi-Automatic) in operating condition (if you qualify with a revolver, that will be the only type of handgun you can carry)
E. 100 Rounds of ammunition of the same caliber as your handgun
F. Ear Protection
G. Eye Protection
H. Hat
I. Shoes (no flip-flops)
J. Shirt that the top button fastens
IV. Miscellaneous
A. Hamburger lunch will be provided
B. Water and soft drinks will be available
C. You may bring your own lunch &/or drinks and snacks if you desire
