Clay Schick, Trainer
Clay is a CrossFit Level I Certified Trainer and holds a deep passion for CrossFit and weight training. When Clay is not geeking out on his computer, or moving heavy things, you'll find him blazing trails on his mountain bike. Clay's best word of advice (to quote Mark Rippetoe), "The Barbell is your friend."
Chad Zarbock, Trainer
Chad is a Certified CrossFit Level I Trainer and Paramedic Firefighter. He enjoys training CrossFit because it not only prepares participants for almost any situation, but also because running on a treadmill while staring at yourself in the mirror for 30 minutes sucks.
